Everything you need to know about sizes, framing, delivery, discounts and looking after your order.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–2 working days for printing and preparation, followed by approximately 3–5 working days in transit. Outlying areas may take slightly longer. Tracking is emailed as soon as the order ships.
Which sizes are available?
DECO. posters are currently available in A4, A3 and A2. The exact dimensions are shown in the size guide on each product page.
Can I order a frame?
Yes. Choose either Print only or a slim black frame on the product page. Framed work is supplied ready to hang.
How does the three-print discount work?
Add any three or more eligible prints to your cart and the 15% offer is applied at checkout. No discount code is needed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email clear photographs of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will assess it promptly and arrange a replacement, reprint or refund where appropriate.
Can I return an order?
Yes, where the return qualifies under our Refund Policy. Standard items must be unused and returned safely. Custom or personalised work may have different rules unless it is defective or incorrect.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because orders move into production quickly, changes are only possible before printing or framing begins.
