The terms that apply when you use DECO. or place an order.

These Terms of Service govern your use of decostudios.co.za and purchases from Deco Studios, trading as DECO. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

DECO. sells graphic art prints and related products from South Africa. Contact us at info@decostudios.co.za.

Using the website

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a way that burdens the service, or use the content to infringe our or another person's rights.

Product information

We take reasonable care with descriptions, sizes, colours, availability and images. Screen settings, paper, printing and natural materials may cause minor colour or finish differences. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. These reasonable production variations do not limit rights relating to goods that are materially defective or not as described.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept it by confirming or fulfilling the order. We may decline or cancel an order for genuine reasons such as unavailability, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure or inability to deliver. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the relevant amount.

You are responsible for checking the product, size, frame option, quantity, address and contact details before submitting an order.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in South African rand. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown where required before checkout. Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. We do not guarantee that a product or promotion will remain available indefinitely.

Promotions

Discounts are subject to their stated conditions, eligibility and duration. Unless we say otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. The three-print offer applies to eligible prints and is calculated at checkout.

Production and delivery

Orders are generally printed to order. Production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, unless applicable law provides otherwise. See our Delivery page for current estimates and charges.

Returns, refunds and defects

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable South African law.

Intellectual property

The website, DECO. branding, poster designs, photographs, graphics, copy and other original material belong to Deco Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Buying a product does not transfer copyright or grant a right to reproduce, resell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit the design.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on or link to services such as Shopify, payment providers and couriers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for an unrelated third-party website merely because we link to it.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DECO. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our responsibility is not excluded or limited where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from gross negligence or rights protected by consumer law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. You may also use any consumer or regulatory remedy available to you by law.
