Delivery

Printed to order, protected properly and delivered across South Africa.

When your order moves.

Every print is prepared to order. Allow approximately 1–2 working days for printing, checking and framing before dispatch. Courier transit normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Main centres are often quicker, while outlying areas may require additional time.

How it travels.

Print-only orders are protected against moisture and movement, then packed to prevent folds and creases. Framed posters are boxed with reinforced corner protection. If the packaging arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and keep it until we have resolved the matter.

Tracking.

A tracking link is emailed when the parcel leaves us. Courier timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery details.

Please provide a complete street address, suburb, postal code and a reachable mobile number. Couriers cannot deliver to a P.O. box. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a parcel to be returned, a new delivery charge may apply.

We currently deliver within South Africa. International delivery is not yet available.
